Description
R802 Silicone resin is a new generation product synthesized using the latest technology from phenyl, methylchlorosilane, and special monomers. It is high temperature resistance methyl phenyl silicone resin. It can resistance to 600-800 ℃ high temperature.

Application :
- R802 has excellent high-temperature resistance, good hardness, fast drying, and can be combined with organic resins such as alkyd, acrylic acid, and epoxy to prepare various high temperature resistant coatings for different purposes.
- R802 can also be used to prepare H-grade insulation paint and various high-temperature release agents.
- R802 can be formulated into a heat-resistant coating with a heat resistance of around 600~800 ℃, with fast drying of the paint film, good adhesion, and excellent flexibility.
Usage:
- This series of resins should avoid contact with acids, alkalis, organic salts, amines, and other substances during use, otherwise there may be accelerated curing, gelation, and other phenomena, making them particularly sensitive to alkalis.
- Therefore, neutral materials should be selected when making paint.
- This product contains flammable and explosive solvents such as toluene. During the processing, it is important to strengthen on-site ventilation, prevent fire and static electricity, and strictly cut off ignition sources. Operators should pay attention to labor protection.
