Description
LC-D series of diffusion pump oils have a narrow molecular weight range, limited viscosity and extremely low vapor pressure.
Features & Benefits
- When exposed to oxygen, ionizing radiation or being impacted by accelerated subatomic particles,no polymerization will occur.
- When the oil is decomposed, the system will not be immersed and leave no sediment,non-combustibility,no oxidation, accidents will occur.
- When the diffusion pump is working ,the hot oil can be exposed to the air many times without harmful effects on the oil.
- It can be used in diffusion pumps without any adjustments to the pump.
- It can be used in systems that require high vacuum, such as mass spectrometers, scanning electron and transmission microscopes, particle accelerators, plasma and vapor
- deposition systems.
