Description
Silica Anti-blocking Agent is a type of silica powder with micro nano porous structure. By adding silica opening agent during the melting process of masterbatch or polymer, excellent opening performance can be endowed to the film, which is widely used in PP PE, PET, PVC plastic films.

- Polyester film (PET):
- By controlling the microstructure of particles, the "adhesion" effect between film layers during the production process is reduced, effectively maintaining the original optical properties of the film while resisting adhesion
- Polypropylene film (PP):
- Through unique technology, the friction coefficient on the surface of the film is significantly reduced, making downstream production processes smoother and improving overall production efficiency and film quality.
- Polyethylene film (PE):
- Purity up to 99%, compatible with PE film resin, low coloring risk. By controlling the particle size distribution, the accumulation pressure of the extruder screen filter is reduced, effectively extending the service life of the extruder screen.
