Application：
- AT803 is a highly effective defoamer, and also an excellent foam inhibitor. It can be widely used in defoaming and foam suppression treatment such as foam suppression in pesticide formula emulsification process and agricultural wastewater treatment, especially in barrel mixing applications.
- AT803 can effectively prevent the generation of foam with very low dosage.In practical applications, the final dosage is influenced by factors such as temperature, foaming degree, chemical characteristics, and stirring degree of the foaming system. The dosage can be flexibly adjusted according to different production conditions and requirements to achieve the best economic effect.
- During use, in order to achieve the best effect, it is recommended to stir it appropriately before use to make it even; Suggested dosage: 0.2-1%; Additional dosage can be added according to customer specific requirements.
- If diluting AT803 should be stirred slowly until a uniform mixture is achieved.
- Do not mix at high speed or dilute with hot water (diluted AT803 should be used immediately and should not be stored for too long.)
- To achieve the best foam suppression effect,AT803 must be completely dispersed in the foaming solution.When applying, the required amount of AT803 can be pre diluted with cold water or foaming solution in a ratio of 1:20 or higher.
