Description
LC-6310 is a concentrated solution of organic silicon series polyurethane (PU) sole matte release agent. The formula contains special lubricating additives, forming a thin and smooth film on the surface of the mold.

- The surface of the mold should be cleaned to remove any remaining release agent and residue. Clean the surface of the mold with mold cleaning agent or other suitable solvent, and then wipe it clean with a clean cloth. 6310 is a concentrated release agent solution, diluted with solvent before use. It is recommended to use a mixed solvent containing 5 parts of chlorinated solvent.
- Diluted release agent can be evenly applied to the mold through spraying, brushing, and wiping. The first use should be sprayed 2-3 times with the release agent, which should be uniform and kept moist. After the solvent evaporates, a thin release agent film is formed on the surface of the mold, which can be used for injection molding production.
- According to the complexity of the mold and the molding material, 2-3 molds are generally sprayed once, and release agents are regularly applied to improve the next injection release effect and the smooth appearance of the product.
