- LC-AT203 organic silicone defoamer is widely used in various water-based emulsion polymerization industry and textile industry. It has excellent defoamer effect and long-lasting defoamer performance. In the actual application process, the final dosage is affected by the temperature of foaming system, foaming degree, chemical characteristics, stirring degree and other factors, according to the actual production conditions and requirements of different, flexible adjustment of the dosage to achieve the best economic effect.
- The recommended dosage is 0.1-2.0%, which can be adjusted flexibly according to the actual production conditions and requirements to achieve the best economic effect.
- If dilution storage is required, care must be taken to ensure the stability of the diluent. A small amount of an appropriate thickener, such as xanthan gum or acrelate copolymer, can be used to prolong the stability of the diluted defoamer.

Process:
- Weigh the required amount of deionized water and place it in a container, and stir it at a medium-low speed (< 600 rpm).
- Add the required amount of thickening agent in the stirring process, and continue stirring until the solution is uniformly turbid.
- Add NaOH (10%) solution in the stirring process, and continue stirring until the solution is clear and thick.
- Add LC-AT203 slowly during the mixing process, and then increase the mixing speed to < 800 rpm or so, and continue stirring for 20-30 minutes until the emulsion is uniform.
- Add the preservative and continue stirring for 15-20 minutes.
- Test and adjust the pH value of emulsion to about 7.0~8.0, and then filter, package (or directly use).
